2 Striking Sessions a week - £47.50 pcm
Our Striking Only Membership provides access to specialized training focused exclusively on stand-up striking disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. This membership is ideal for those looking to improve their striking technique, footwork, timing, and conditioning without the inclusion of grappling or ground work. Members can participate in striking-specific classes, pad work sessions, and open gym time dedicated to developing power, speed, and precision in striking arts.
As a Striking Only member, you will have access to 2 classes a week.
2 BJJ Sessions a week - £47.50 pcm
Jiu Jitsu Only Membership offers access to all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes and training sessions, focusing on ground-based grappling, submissions, positional control, and self-defense. This membership is perfect for those who want to train exclusively in the art of Jiu Jitsu, whether for competition, fitness, or personal development. Members can attend both gi and no-gi classes, as well as open mats dedicated to rolling and refining technique—without participation in striking or other disciplines.
As a Jiu Jitsu Only member, you will have access to 2 classes a week.
